The hotel had a cozy and calm atmosphere, and offered a delicious breakfast. The location was convenient, being close to the bus station and some major attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive to guest needs.
The walk to the city center was long and confusing, especially at night, and required asking for directions and paying for them. The entrance to the hotel was dark and had no lighting, which made it difficult to find.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town, surrounded by the local Moroccan community. the authentic experience allows for true immersion into the vibrant culture. One great aspect was the peaceful and tranquil environment in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel lacked a pool which may be a major downside to guests looking for a resort-style stay. the area around the hotel was described as dirty and mucky which may be less appealing to some visitors.
